Already thinking of Spring & Gardening... pest control?
I'm from upstate originally. I grew up with a HUGE vegetable garden. We had it fenced in to keep the deer out. The only issue I had was a pesky woodchuck. Other than that - it was great.
Fast forward to living on LI - I can't seem to keep a garden with all these damn squirrels & chipmunks. They eat everything in site. My DH thinks I'm nuts each year to keep trying even tomato plants on the patio...and I'm beginning to think he's right.
Are there any tips to help keep the squirrels & chipmunks out of my garden without having to stand gaurd 24/7 or build a greenhouse?
