Weight Gain question!
I just went for my glucose test.. I never look at the scale and last time I was there I asked how much I gained and they said I stayed the same.. This time I asked again how much did I gain and they said 14 pounds since last visit????? That was only a month ago!!!! Is that possible? I only gained 12 before that in 20 weeks!! She said she was gonna figure out the math and tell me total but the total didnt match up and she said it is around 38.. that seems awfully wrong to me! Do you think they ever mess up! I sure hope so cause 14 pounds is a crap load! How much have you guys gained so far?

Did you weigh yourself after?

Weight Gain question!
The weight is the weight. If you did gain a lot and the Dr doesn't say anything then they are not worried. You can't change it so I wouldn't stress to much about it.
You know what you weighed day one and now so that number is all that really matters. We all gain differently throughout. I would just worry when Dr says soemthing.

Weight Gain question!
That seems way high. I gained 7 lbs and was given a little talking to. I think they probably did the math wrong.

definately seems off to me! especially since last month I didnt gain anything and remained the same.. 14 pds in 1 month seemed crazy to me.. they didnt say anything either which was weird as well. Im hoping the math was wrong.. I dont look or feel any bigger! maybe its the extra 10 pounds of Boob! lol

Re: Weight Gain question!
If you had gained 14 pounds in 1 month I'm pretty sure your dr would have said something to you b/c that is a lot. I have a feeling the nurse did her math wrong. They track your weight at each visit, so you can just ask the dr if you're worried.

Ya I thought it was a lot.. I know Im swelling but not that much :( I was just freakin out if I gained so much that it might mean I have GD. The doc didnt say anything to me at all.. and the nurse didn't seem phased by it so hoping it was just wrong calculations.. it took her while to figure it out too!
