Cramping
At 32.5 weeks? Like lower abdomen cramps. Not contractions but stomach cramps. Anyone deal with this? I think I did to much the past 2 days. No bleeding. If I cough its hurts like a pulled muscle. I'm just nervous b/c I went into preterm at 34 with dd. I just can't remember what it felt like.
Any advice?

Re: Cramping
Sorry, I don't really have advice here. Maybe it's Braxton Hicks? I would say to call your doctor if it's really bothering you.

Re: Cramping
Thank you. I'm not sure. They are really low like under my belly ( my big fat belly before preggo hahahaha). And it seems like only when I move. Like get up and walk. So weird. The baby is moving like crazy and my stomach is not tightening. Hmmmm
I'll rest and drink water
Thanks

I get them on my left side but that's where she likes to hang out. If you are concerned call your dr.

Sounds like the ligaments. As your baby grows and your belly gets tighter, you'll feel it more often. I feel it a lot when I'm walking now b/c my ligaments are working hard to hold my uterus (and baby) up against gravity!

I was just looking up some stuff and it does sound like this. Thanks. I'm just gonna take an easy and relax today. I've done a lot the past few days.

Re: Cramping
I am 33 wks and I get the same thing from time to time. For me, it's definitely not Braxton Hicks. I had the same thing when I was pregnant with my DD. It's normal pregnancy misery.
