Uggh, me too! I look a mess. These breakouts are ridiculous. I didn't break out before. Great question! But no advice, I'll be stealing that from your postChat Icon

Breaking out--what can you use?

My OB suggested products with oatmeal in them.

Re: Breaking out--what can you use?

I used to use all kinds of rx stuff to keep my face from looking like a game of connect the dots, but when first TTC, my derm took me off everything and put me on the Elta collection. She said that it is safe to use while pregnant. At first my skin looked horrible, but after 2 months it worked just as well as my hard care rx stuff had. Since becoming pregnant I have barely had a blemish. I definitely attribute that to Elta.

Haha, maybe Chat Icon Team green again so I guess we'll see Chat Icon

So oatmeal products? Could try that...

For some reason I had this idea that benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid etc are all no no's during PG.

I can't wait that long

As far as that stuff in the proactive my OB never had an issue with it never had any food restrictions except alcohol and raw stuff and he's old school. Both children are healthy thank GOD.

Thanks G Chat Icon Maybe I'll look into it...maybe being on BC regularly before helped my skin. Anyways, I hate it! I will ask my ob's what they think (in fact I should write it down, I *know* I will forget to ask). I totally forgot about all these little side symptoms of pregnancy
