Rainbow Lite
Does anyone take Rainbow Lite as their prenatal? I am taking that and Expecta for DHA... Im just wondering if this is good? When I told my doctor she said she never heard of it before

Rainbow Lite
Yes!! I take both.. Rainbow lite and expecta.. I love it have no problems with it and there are a ton of nutrients in it..it has everything you need:) only thing is it turns your pee bright yellow , lol!

This!! I took the cvs version of Expecta though.

I took rainbow list all through my pregnancy. And since I'm breast feeding, I'm still taking them daily. I like that they are super gentile on my stomach. Never had any issues with them.
