National Opinon Network survey?

Just got a survey from the National Opinion Network - Infant Division .... it really feels like some sort of scam but i wanted to check.

i googled it and found an article where one person said that the survey is used by formula companies to make sure that hospitals are offering formula rather than promoting BF but i wasn't convinced about how accurate that post was, to be honest.

So anyway - is this a scam or not?

The survey said that if i participate, they may send me freebies / gifts (frankly, the only reason i would fill it out is if i get something out of it). Has anybody filled it out and actually gotten something from them?

i have been filling out this survey for the past year. I never received anything free in the mail from them, that I'm aware of anyway, but I EBF and never gave formula. so I don't know if that has anything to do with it.
