Another HSG question (sorry)
So my RE wants it done closest to when AF is done. I call Zwager and Pisiri and they only do it between cd6-8. IMO, that's a bit close to O-- I have gotten a on cd8/9 a few times. Anywho, the lady immediately schedules me for next friday.. I think nothing of it and agree thinking it is in the time frame she said. Now I'm calculating it and it would put me on cd 11! wtf. Now I'm pissed and changing my date. I ob should have checked the calendar but if she tells me a time frame, I figured she kept it in the time frame! smh. Should I change the date to an earlier one or just leave it for cd11? I just really want to take advantage of this cycle after the HSG and not miss it :/

Another HSG question (sorry)
it really should be done between cd 7 to 10. i am having it done at zwanger at stonybrook tomorrow and i will be cd9, so they do it between that timeframe........
eta: i believe it is done within that timeframe to ensure that you are not pregnant.......maybe that is why some places will only do it earlier? so cd 11 should have the same result that cd 10 would have, in theory

i added to my post..............not sure 100% but i think it is to ensure that you are not pregnant. because most people don't ovulate until after cd 10

Re: Another HSG question (sorry)
They told me at Zwager that they don't need the blood test-- I will just sign a waiver. Is this norm ?

Another HSG question (sorry)
It's usually done between days 7-10 and once again first FLOW day. I remember at NSUH they consider flow as cd1 and AF has to arrive prior to Noon to call it day 1!

Which did you go to? I'm going to lindenhurst. I made the lady check twice and she said waiver is the only thing they require.
