Fall edible favors

If you are having an event in the fall...what edible favor would you think of?? Right now I am thinking of chocolate covered apples or a s'mores kit. But I am not sure if s'mores are fall?? What edible favors have a fall theme?
TIA

You could always do cookies in fall shapes. What type of event is it?

Re: Fall edible favors

cookie? or pumpkin cookies, or maybe mini apple pies if you can find them. Id say caramel apples are cute but i dont care for them.. too hard to eat.

ITA. Mini apple pies sound great. I also love anything pumpkin. I do like caramel apples, but they are really hard to eat and they're messy.

It is for a Christening....yup I am a huge planner and control freak and am planning the Christening for this baby!
Mini apple pies sounds adorable....I will have to look into that.
I thought of caramel apples as well but I am not a fan of them which made me think of the chocolate covered apples.

Re: Fall edible favors

We did mini apple and pumpkin pies as favors for our Fall wedding. I contacted the company Table Talk Pies (pies sold at Stop and Shop) and they delivered 200 (total) mini pumpkin and apple pies to my house two days before the wedding. DH and I reboxed them in plain white boxes and sealed them with Fall wedding labels we had made up. Everyone loved them!!

Re: Fall edible favors

Pumpkin flavored anything. I made pumpkin spice cupcakes with cream cheese frosting for my friend's wedding. So good! Chat Icon

Also:
Candy apples
Cookies in a fall theme (like from the Sugar Chic)
Mini pumpkin pies, you might be able to get them from a place like Briarmere out east

Re: Fall edible favors

I did mini bottles of maple syrup from a company in Vermont for my fall wedding. The bottles were in the shape of a maple leaf and were made of glass. They seemed to be a hit.

I say the mini apple pies. I have a pic of some from my baby shower. My SIL is a baker and makes them. She makes lots of mini desserts. Everyone loved them!

I can't seem to find the email where we discussed price. I think I mostly spoke to the NY distributor over the phone. I can't imagine us paying more than $2/$3 per pie but I even think $3 sounds a lot. They were great to work with!

Here's a pic for fun lol.
