Massage for Sciatica!!!
Last week I was in so much pain and I really thought I could just grin and bear it, stretch/ice at home but by Friday I wanted to cry every time I tried to move. So I caved and on a recommendation went to Farmingdale Wellness. (TY Christine  ) I went in on Saturday and the girl worked on my hip/lowerback... when I left I still wasn't feeling all that great but about an hour or so later the pain was completely GONE.
At 36 weeks I am still a little sore in my hips but I think that is just part of the generally achiness as our joints are loosening but that AWFUL pain from sciatica has not bothered me since. It was also covered by my insurance so that was an added bonus.
I know a few people have brought this up recently so if you're on LI I would definitely suggest giving them a call.

this is great Im glad she was able to relax your muscle a bit. Hopefully it can help you cope in the coming weeks. You are almost there!!!
