Re: QUEENS GIRLS..RECC. YOUR PEDIATRICIAN

we take the twins to Dr.Haskoor and we love him and the office so far

my sis use to go to dr.yu and she had a bad experience with him so she now sees Dr.Savitt, but i know plenty and plenty of people who see Dr.Yu and loved him

my bff goes to Dr.Haskoor, she loved him so we just went to check him out and lked the office, the hours and him in general

QUEENS GIRLS..RECC. YOUR PEDIATRICIAN

We interviewed bayside pediatrics...and really liked the office and the hours. The only downside was the street parking.

Re: QUEENS GIRLS..RECC. YOUR PEDIATRICIAN

We interviewed Forest Hills Pediatrics today and were very happy with them so we'll be using them. They have 6 drs and are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Also, there's no answering service after hours - which means that it rings straight through to a dr, which I like a lot.

Do you just call and ask for an interview? or do you call with your concerns/questions?

Re: QUEENS GIRLS..RECC. YOUR PEDIATRICIAN

We are using Forest Hills Pediatrics - so far no complaints.

I like the larger office with multiple doctors, ability to schedule appointments 7 days a week (so DH can come with us for shots!).

We met with Dr. Kim and so far have seen Dr. Beer - both very nice.

We just called them and explained we were expecting and had a free approx 30 min meeting with Dr. Kim. He had kind of a set speech which answered almost all of our questions. Then we asked a few others. It was nice having been to the practice before since we had to take DD when she was like 2 days old.

I just called and said I was due in February and wanted to come in and meet a dr. They do this a lot so they are used to it. When you go in, they give you a little packet with info about the drs, the office and vaccinations. We met with Dr. Nieves yesterday and he made us feel really comfortable and answered all of our questions.

I probably am overestimating. Maybe we were there 30 mins including some wait time? I forget, but they didn't rush us out, he answered all our questions and I was happy with it.

I'd say we sat with Dr Nieves for a good 20 minutes. Maybe Dr Rivkin was just busy yesterday? The office was crowded when we were there in the afternoon.
