Talk to me about NCL & Bermuda!
My father and stepmother have just booked a family cruise for them, DH & I, my sister & her b/f, and my SM's kids. Free cruise!!!
I've only ever been on Carnival ships and loved them all so this is my first time venturing outside of that line. This will also be my first time in Bermuda.
Any must sees and must do's for either NCL (ship is Breakaway) or Bermuda?
I'm so flipping excited!!

Definitely do the specialty restaurants. We enjoy the French and steakhouse the most.

Make a reservation to do High Tea at the Fairmont Hamilton Princess. Make sure to get the times for the ferries and get there early as they take off promptly. Missing a ferry can add a ton of waiting time to your trip so either disembark early or don't stop for the photos at first and do them when you return to the ship. The glass shop and rum cake shop when you land make cute gifts for people. There is a fantastic cave. The aquarium is cute for kids. Also Baby horseshoe bay and horseshoe bay are nice beaches. Pay the $1 to get back up the hill by van. Also if you have a stroller, go backwards with it on the sand. Have a great time! Oh - I have to agree pay the extra fee to eat at the specialty restaurants. The included dining is disappointing. I took a different ship so I cannot comment on the specific ship. Go to cruisecritic.com for their message boards to ask more questions. Search here on travel for my name and I have written about Bermuda before.
