disney- renting a house 5 minutes away- shuttles??
do any of these type of houses have bus or shuttle service to and from the parks? I feel like 5 minutes is so close, why wouldnt they?

No and even the hotels close by that do alll the books and sites say not to use them bc they are not reliable. Apparentely those that offer run very infrequently and if it is full then you have to wait an hour give or take for the next one. It isn't like disney where they run every 15 mins and if the bus is full they will call and dispatch more.
