Mold in a house we want to buy
We sent an inspector to the house we r buying and he said there was mold in one of the walls. Does the responsibility fall on the sellers or buyers? I would think sellers bc i dont think i could get a mortgage on a house with mold. What do u think?

It should be the seller.
We had a similar issue with termites when we had our inspection, and the seller had to take care of that along with some other minor stuff.

It should be the seller. I would also ask them to find the source of the mold, leak, drip from somewhere. Make sure you see proof from a PROFESSIONAL that it is completely free of mold.
