black line on tooth-
I noticed today that my 3 year old has a black mark on his front tooth.. It wasn't there yesterday. It looks like he drew on it with a pen!! But it didn't come off when I brushed his teeth. I am not sure if it is from something he was chewing on today..He is cutting his 2 year molars still and always has something in his mouth.. I am a little nervous now and I am going to make an appointment with the pedi dentist next week... What can it be?

my son has the same but he has had it since about 18 months - he feel face first into a statue at ILs house. I assume it is a TINY crack. He has never complained, it has never changed and no one but myself and DH have ever noticed it. He is 32 months

I don't think he fell, but anything is possible... I haven't checked yet today. He won't let me near his mouth!
