Anyone who is on their 2+ pregnancy get overwhelmed with all the new products?

I had ds a little over 3 years ago and I swear there are so many new/ better products out there now its driving me crazy. I have a perfectly good infant car seat for the baby to use, but its a snugride 32 and weighs a little over 9 pounds and I thought it got heavy carrying it so early. Now, Im seeing they have a new car seat that only weighs 7lb pounds. Along with many other products that I want now too ugh

Not me! We kept almost nothing and I'm ok with it. I now know what's a necessity! I plan on getting a new car seat and just a rock n play for our downstairs. We have a pack nplay with bassinet so we will use that. We're not buying anything else.

Yes but I am excited to research some stuff. My DD will be 7 so its been a long time and I am having fun! I know what I need, and don't need and I know what to spend time researching so I don't impulse buy this time. i also took DH with me to register last time and this time I am not, lol. He picked for look, not function.

My last baby is 2.5 but I didn't buy anything for him except a new car seat. A few things need to be replaced this go round and my hang up now is a new bouncer and I'm thinking about some sort of double stroller thing. I'm a little overwhelmed!

is due in March dd will be 3 in MAy. We are not buying anything new except maybe a double/sit and stand stroller. And thats just b/c dd can be a big PITA when we are out otherwise I would let her walk..

I know stuff looks better new, and some things are but to me it's a big expense to redo a few years later. If my car seat was expired then Yes, or the stuff is in really bad shape but otherwise we need clothes if this one is a boy.

I saved EVERYTHING from my DD and since we didn't know what we were having at the time, it's all gender neutral so I plan on reusing it all with my DS. The only thing I am getting new is bedding (I wanted something boy'ish), bottles, bibs, burp clothes, etc. Just some little things that got worn out, everything else will be reused. Everything I see in the store is basically the same from four years ago..........just new patterns and colors but that's about it.
