Did anyone NOT gain weight in the first trimester?
In fact I lost 1 lb. I haven't been particulary sick and to me (and DH confirmed) I look more plump lol. MY boobs are bigger and my tummy is already starting to show. Now, I do weigh about 10 more lbs this time around then I did with the first. The doctor said not to worry yet but by the next visit I should have gained some. Just wondering if anyone else had similar experiences. TIA

With DC # 2 I didn't gain any weight. I lost 12lbs because I was so sick. In fact I barely gained any weight the entire pregnancy.

Did anyone NOT gain weight in the first trimester?
i lost 2lbs. i didnt have any morning sickness i just had major food aversions so i wasn't eating a huge amount. i delivered at 33w and gained about 35lbs total so it will catch up.

If you have been pretty sick then no or little weight gain is normal and I wouldn't worry.
I on the other hand was sick and still gained a ton but then leveled off and barely gained in the 3rd.
Everyone is different and each pregnancy is different. I wouldn't worry

I lost a few pounds in my first trimester and don't think I actually gained anything until at least 22 weeks. As long as your dr isn't concerned, you shouldn't be either. Unless you started underweight, there's really no reason to gain in the first trimester. You should be eating healthier, cutting out alcohol, exercising...and the baby is teeny tiny, so it only weight ounces at that point.

I am still my same weight at 11w doctor said not to worry because the weight gain normally happens later on. It is normal to lose weight on the first trimester because of morning sickness

I'm 10w today and I've gained about 2 pounds (not bad considering that includes Christmas and the nonstop eating fest with the family lol).....I hope I don't gain much in the 1st trimester since I am trying to conceal this pregnancy at work until at least 16 weeks, another 6 weeks to go, hope I make it!! lol

Did anyone NOT gain weight in the first trimester?
I lost 25 pounds bt 1st and 2nd trimester and to date I've gained 4pounds, 2pnds which is her and I'm 26w. Dr not worried says she's perfect.

With all of my pregnancies I lost at least 8 to 10 pounds. I gained it back as soon as the puking stopped

I lost 35 pounds during the 1st and 2nd trimester and I am now at 28 wks and have put back on 2lbs, which is the baby. I now found out I have GD so I will probably lose more weight and the doctor said as long as I am eating my required calories I can lose weight the entire pregnancy.

With first pregnancy I lost 13 lbs the first tri. This time I gained 2 lbs in first tri I'm 18 weeks and still at the 2lb weight gain

I lost and am down to 110 (only lst 5) but my dr. Is not concerned. I'm startin to feel and eat better now so I'm sur I'll start packing it on!

I've been REALLY sick every day up until recently so I lost about 12 lbs total. I went to the dr Friday at 17w and I was only up 2 lbs. But baby seems to be healthy so I wouldn't worry too much unless the doctor is concerned.

I lost 3lbs first tri from morning sickness. I'm 36 weeks and I've gained 11.5 lbs total. Dr. is not concerned. He said that b/c it's my 3rd pregnancy, the baby is developing nicely and I'm running around after a toddler so I would naturally gain less. I'll be induced a week from today.

I had NO appetite my first tri and wound up losing 10 lbs that I tried to lose all summer before my cycle Appetite came back in second tri.

Just now got back to my starting weight and I'm 22 weeks, don't worry!! The doctor told me I wasn't ahead of the game but he wasn't worried becaus eI am gaining slowly after losing in the first tri.
