Beachhouse in VA or NJ ????
a group of us with young children (toddler age) are looking into renting a beachouse around the first week in August. I have done th Jersey Shore many years but was curious how VA was in comparison. I am aware that areas are still damages in NJ but am curious if anyone has had experience with both states and could recommend any specific areas in VA if so

Don't know about VA, but Ocean City, NJ, is fine from hurricane, as well as Cape May, NJ. Both extremely family friendly with a lot to do!

VA Beach is nice but it can get rowdy, what about Ocean City MD? They have great house rentals with tons of stuff for the kids to do.
