Ladies using Stony Brook midwives
Just wondering who else is using them...And if you've gone to the "Meet the midwives" night?

I used them for DD2's birth and liked them a lot. We went to Meet the Midwives right after we found out I was pg.

They delivered my first 2 boys and will be delivering this one as well.
I never went to meet the midwives for any pregnancy it didn't matter to me who was on the other end when I was in labor  there are couple of them and either office can deliver so I guess it could be helpful.

They delivered my second and will be delivering my third in March. I had such a wonderful birth with them. I can't wait for this one.
I went to meet the midwives night near the end of my last pregnancy. It was informative because I got familiar with the hospital (they did a tour) and the midwives I never saw that were primarily at the office I didn't go to.

Ladies using Stony Brook midwives
I went to "meet the Midwives" a little more than half way through this pregnancy. I recommend you go if you are interested.......i switched practices the next day.

They delivered my ds and I loved them! I had a wonderful experience and will be using them again in the future. I went to "meet the midwives" when I was around 28-30 weeks and found it really helpful. Not only did I get to see/meet the midwives I had never met before but they gave a hospital tour as well. I highly recommend them.
