Britax chaperone vs britax B Safe ??
I don't see much difference other than the rebound bar and the price. Any insight?? Is one better than the other ?

Re: Britax chaperone vs britax B Safe ??
i cant comment on the britax b, but we have the chaperone and love it and feel its very safe- i had done research a bunch before and although i cant remember specifically what i read, i remember that ultimately i concluded that the chaperone had even greater safety features in place (which did include that rebound bar which i felt was something that was good and made the chaperone stand out for safety). also, maybe not so much regarding safety but i like the good amount of padding on the inside, the fit, and how the hood thingy comes down low. i have a feeling the B is the same but we absolutely love how easy it connects to the base.

Re: Britax chaperone vs britax B Safe ??
We chose the B Safe. I felt it rated very comparably to the Chaperone in terms of safety. It is lighter, which makes transporting the baby easier on me, and it was considerably less money. I am very happy with it. Both have basically the same height and weight restrictions too, so before long the baby will be into a convertible anyway.
ETA: Most reviews I read also pointed out that the only differences were the rebound bar and price. It is true it has less padding too, but DD seems quite comfortable in it.
