Shades of Green Disney (Miltary families)

Any military Families every stay at Shades of Green in Orlando,, Im trying to decide if it will save us any money staying there instead of a dinsey hotel... So far it seems like it might but im just not sure if i will be able to do the dinning package if we stay with them..

You actually don't get ALL the perks. No dining plan, no magical express, no room charge, etc. You DO get Extra Magic Hours though.

Depending on what you're looking for you may be better off with a military rate at a regular Disney hotel, which you CAN add the dining plan to and then the military salute tickets.

Call up the Disney number all the agents can do it for you. I do it all the time. I get 40% off teh deluxe hotels and add the dining plan and then when i get there i buy the militayr tickets.
ETA all Disney hotels give you a military discount if the rate is available. When we went to the shades of green once to buy tickets and i thought it was a little run down compared to the other Disney hotels.
