Tory Burtch boots--stretching leather boots?

I got a pair of leather Tory Burtch boots. They are snug around the top where the zipper ends, they are very narrow.

Does anyone have Tory boots, do they stretch? Can I take them to a cobbler to have them stretched?

Yes take them to your cobbler. They can totally do it. I was amazed.
