The house...we backed out..
it is bittersweet. Loved the idea that the search would be over, but also love the idea that we did not get stuck in a bad situation.

I think if it wasn't a pefect situation then you have to back out.
It is the BIGGEST purchase you can possibly make.
Think of it this way, you will have a little more insight of what you love in a house and what you don't like in a house.
