Do you get a W-2 if you got disability?
I received 6 weeks short term disability when I was out on maternity leave. Taxes were taken out so I assume I will get a W-2? Who does it come from? My company? Or is it included with my regular W-2?

I just got one today-- it came from my employer. So, I have 2 W-2s.

Yes-it is a seperate w-2, comes from your employer.
