I fell last night too, but because of kid's toys Chat Icon.

As long as you didn't fall on your belly, aren't having cramping or pain, baby is well protected in there. If you are feeling baby move that's a good sign everything is ok. Chat Icon

I fell early in my pregnancy and my dr's office said I could come in and hear the heartbeat so I didnt worry, but that was obviously before I could feel the baby.

The dr said it would need to be a really bad fall to hurt the baby. My thoughts are that if you feel the baby moving like normal and you didn't fall on your stomach that you are fine. All my dr did was check the heartbeat, so if baby is moving I dont think there is anything else they would do.

If you're feeling the baby and don't have any unusual cramping/bleeding, then everything is likely fine. If it was a particularly hard fall, I'd call just to be safe, but otherwise, I wouldn't think twice.

Call the doctor but I wouldn't worry too much. That baby is in a bag of water for a reason Chat Icon

If it makes you feel any better, my friend fell down concrete stairs twice during her pregnancy & was fine. She wasn't used to being so off balance.

I would call the doctor because it's better to be extra cautious!
