Any way to childproof tub faucet?

I am worried about dd getting the Bathroom and turning on the bath tub water and getting burned by hot water or worse. I know they sell spout covers but do they sell faucet covers ? Our current solution is just keeping the bathroom door closed but she is about to be able to open doors and I'm sure we will accidentally leave the door open on occasion.

I would get a hook and eye lock for the outside of the bathroom door.

from the company one step ahead, but I think a child would figure out how to pull these things off pretty quick, I googled it and someone mentioned getting those pool noodle Styrofoam things and slitting them open to put around the knobs
