Resort Day trips in the Bahamas
We are going on a cruise in February and stopping in Nassau in the Bahamas. I am not really interested in the excursions offered by the cruise line.
I've been reading online about day passes to various resorts in the area.
Has anyone ever done this? I was looking at Breezes or the Sheraton.
Thanks, Lisa

Resort Day trips in the Bahamas
DH and I did Breezes through the cruise line about 6 years ago. It was nice enough. Beach, pools, lunch.
We also stopped there on another cruise but went to Atlantis.
Next cruise we go on is likely going to stop there again but I think we'll just stay on the boat lol.

Depending on your dates and party size you can usually book a room at the comfort suites paradise island and reap all the benefits of Atlantis at a fraction of the price
The hotel staff is accustomed to cruise people doing that.

Re: Resort Day trips in the Bahamas
we got a day pass at British Colonial hotel, which I liked bc it was walkable from the boat. It was very laid back and relaxing there. I liked sitting on the beach watching other cruise ships maneuver their way in the channel.
