TMI Help!
I am severely constipated, which is actually a consistent issue I had before pregnancy but it is so so bad now! I have even had some abdominal pain in the past couple of days, I am also dry heaving (never actually vomiting tho) and I think it may be due to the constipation.
I take colace daily anything else I can take?!!! I have an appt tomorrow but until then I thought I would ask if anyone here has any advice

Have you tried natural remedies like prunes, pairs, either the fruit or the juice? This always helps my son

I guess I should add that I hate prunes! Lol but if all else fails I will try to give them a shot
