Healthy Eating
I am having such a hard time with this! I am normally a picky eater but this pregnancy is making it a 100 times worse.
I cut myself a break while I was sick but now that it is starting to wear off I'd really like to eat healthier!
I have no issues with fruit, its veggies and protein I'm struggling with. I don't eat fish.
I think that I'm starting to lose the aversion to meat, so mostly I'm worried about veggies. How do you sneak them in! I feel I'm trying to feed a toddler!

How about a V8? Or a protein shake with spinach? U cant taste the spinach. Try wheat pasta with garlic, olive oil & broccli or cauliflower ...speghetti sqaush?

Are you me?!?!?!?! Seriously, this is my pregnancy, word for word. And i don't eat fish either! I can NOT stomach veggies. I eat fruit all day and take my vitamin and hope i'm ok...

This may sound gross but it is amazing! I make smoothies and add 2 handfuls of fresh raw spinach to them. The smoothie consists of: vanilla chobani yogurt, milk, banana, strawberries and spinach. You can't even taste the spinach. Def give it a try!
