Laughing
My DD will be 5 months old next week. She still doesn't laugh. Like at all.
She makes eye contact, smiles non-stop, looks like she wants to laugh but no sound comes out... I'm dying here for a laugh!!
Any BTDT moms have experience with a non-laughing child or a delayed laugher? Will she ever laugh? HELP!!

Laughing
DD is 8 months and it's very hard to make her laugh still! She smiles all the time and is a ridiculously happy baby but rarely laughs. As PP mentioned, the weirdest things will make her laugh but the next day the same thing won't. She started smiling on her one month birthday, not sure when we got the first laugh though. I wouldn't be worried as long as she's happy and interacts with you. I can't wait for the time that DD will start laughing all day long but at this point I just soak up each belly laugh I get.

Re: Laughing
hmmm i'm pretty sure DD wasn't laughing that early but I don't exactly remember when she started. I want to say around 5.5 mos? But she didn't belly laugh at that point either, that took a bit longer. I didn't think there was anything delayed about it - I wouldn't worry!! And now my DD laughs uncontrollably at the dumbest things
ETA: i just realize I wrote 7 instead of 5. meant 5.5.
