Why can't I find constant info about this one website says its the end of week 12 beg of 13 another says week 13-14

End of first tri
Pregnancy lasts for 40 weeks so divide that by 3 and each trimester is 13.3 weeks to be exact....I think the 12 weeks thing is because a lot of ppl say pregnancy lasts 9 months when it should be 10.
