Crepes w/ chicken and asparagus
Made this lastnight and it was super easy and really yummy! Used regular crepe recipe, and then got some chicken breast - cooked those in a pan with seasoning --- and asparagus as well. Then added in ricotta cheese and parmesian cheese once the chicken was shredded in pan + asparagus was cut up. Add them into crepes and voila. SO GOOD.
