Mommies of 2 or more (TTC related)
How long did it take you to conceive your 2nd DC as opposed to your first?
It took us 5 cycles of actively trying (OPKs) to conceive DS who is now 15 months.
I am now going into my 7th month/cycle of actively (using OPKs) TTC.
Im not in a huge rush but I am starting to worry a little that something may be wrong. I have heard of secondary infertility but feel it may be silly to even bring that up at this point so Im just curious if anyone else had any issues conceiving #2 or more? At what point should I take it a step further?
I am 30 years old with no pre-existing issues.
Thanks!

are you regular with your cycles? Just remember that it cane take up to one year for a healthy, normal couple to conceive. If you havent' ever had any issues, you might want to wait another couple of cycles before getting checked out. sine DH & I experienced IF in TTC our DC, i know when the time comes for us to try for DC #2, we won't be wasting any time.

Fairly regular yes; however they have been a little wonky in the last couple months. According to my Dr, it takes a healthy couple up to 8 months so if we still have no luck by March, I think I will pay him a visit.
Whoever said "trying is the fun part" must have had success early on.

Re: Mommies of 2 or more (TTC related)
ds #1- 2 months (i was 26 years old)
ds#2- 7 months. did a fertility panel of bloodwork and found out at 4 months that i have high FSH levels (yada, yada) and so it would be harder for me to conceive. Took clomid and got pregnant on the 1st round. (i was 30 yrs old at the time)
ETA: just want to add that i was always regular but began having really long cycles, which was unusual for me. So i pushed for testing.

Re: Mommies of 2 or more (TTC related)
My 1st DD was concieved right after my first AF after my loss at 23 weeks.
My 2nd DD was conceived the first month off of BC and DD #3 was concieved while on the mini pill and BFing. (she wasn't planned)
DS was conceived my First cycle after I got AF after my mc at 12 weeks.

DS - 1 month DD (due in 2.5 weeks) 5-6 months (I cant remember) i think the stress added to the length of trying with #2.
