spotting
after sex...is this normal?
DH freaked out (im not going to lie, at first i was taken back by it too and so i called DH into the bathroom  ) but then i realized it was probably normal. DH doesnt want to have sex again until we see the doctor - which turns out to be friday so it isnt terrible, but figured i would get some input on here...
should i be concerned or try to get to the dr today? or is friday for my weekly visit ok?
edit to add the spotting was the same night that i got my first braxton hicks contractions

It's most likely totally normal since a lot is happening down there, including increased blood flow. But I'd definitely hold off on any more until you see the dr just to be sure everything is ok and you won't cause/don't have an infection.

I've heard spotting after sex is normal and pretty common...but if it were me I would call the Dr and just mention it and see what they want you to do.

id say its pretty common no matter how far along you are... but id still wait till you see the dr before doing it again! GL!

AGREED! I think it also depends on what position you do it in. I spotted at 14 weeks depending on the position we use.
