And so it begins...
I haven't started a new post in a while and today I thought I would open up a bit after lurking on the board for over a year and changing my user name multiple times to make sure no one knew it was me.
A brief background on our story: Last november we started trying to conceive naturally. After a few months of trying and not being successful we went to go see my gyno. He recommended my husband go see a urologist to ensure he checked out ok. After getting multiple tests we found out there were no sperm in his analysis. We went for a second and third opinion, one of which was RSOFNY. Since April he has been on medications and just last month he took a test and we found out there were sperm! Our doctor said the only way we would be able to get pregnant would be through IVF/ICIS. SOOO, tomorrow is my day 3 and we go for our appointment to start this process.
I am so excited, nervous and oh did i mention excited 
Just wondering if any of you ladies who have gone through this already, have any good advice? Anything you would do differently?
Thanks in advance and I'm hoping for a BFP in a few weeks!
