I haven't been to Puerto Rico, but the beaches in Negril Jamaica are some of the best. Beautiful calm blue water! We've been twice

Jamaica or Puerto Rico?
We went to PR for our honeymoon 2007 and we just went to Ocho Rio Jamaica for our 5 year anniversary a few months ago. We went snorkeling in both locations and we felt that the water was clearer in PR and we could see so many more fish while snorkeling.
