I don't think she is fat at all. I think she just chooses the wrong outfits for her body type.
Also, my SIL is a VP for Starbucks and attends many of the Voice shows since they are a sponsor. She said she is very small in person - so I 100% believe the camera adds weight.

oh my what a difference! i agree, she needs to update her hair. makeup, and wardrobe. and no one is saying to wear a burlap bag to hide the weight. i think she can look great if she would just drop her stylist.

Christina Aguilera Then & Now
Her face is the biggest issue for me. It doesn't even look the same. It always looks bloated and her hair and makeup are so bad - She reminds me of Miss Piggy.
I don't think she is huge but she isn't stick thin and she she dresses like she is. Why wear underwear out instead a nice fitting top and pants or a dress that covers her hips and thighs.
I can't stand her. She is so self absorbed and can be really b!tchy. I hated her on the voice and I am so glad to see her go.

ITA! I think her body now is fine, but her face looked better before. It definitely looks bloated. It could be meds, or just her lifestyle.
I cringe when I see pictures of myself in college and in my 20's. My body was thin- but I drank a lot, and my diet was horrible. Tons of fast food, salty stuff. My face looked much worse than it does now. I am 40 and have given birth to two kids, yet I still look better than I did 20 years ago because I take care of myself. No- my skin isn't as firm, etc. but I have altered my style accordingly

I think she needs to find a happy medium...
I think somewhere between what she is now and what she was then, along with dressing appropriately for her shape/age, would benefit her a GREAT deal.

Thank you! I hate when I see people make comparisons like that for a lot of celebs, Christina, Britney, Jessica Simpson even Katie Holmes ( not that she was heavy, but doesn't look like a kid anymore.)
I don't think she looks that heavy, it's just that her whole look is a mess & she doesn't look like her 17 year old self. If we saw her in person, she probably wouldn't seem much heavier than your average person on the street.
If she was forcing her self to be that thin, then I am glad she is confident enough to be on the heavier side & apparently comfortable with it.

She was too skinny as a teenager, but then many teens are thin like that, your a kid! I do believe they pressured her to be extra skinny.
My issue is not with her body now, she is curvy, not fat by any means and if anything very close to what a normal woman looks like.

ITA. I am in my forties. Most women I know have faces that have thinned out and gotten less chunky as they aged, even if overweight. It's the puffiness, bloated look and the way she presents herself (clothes, makeup, hair) that is so unattractive to me.
