IUI and accupuncture.
I thought I read on here that some ladies have tried accupuncture for fertility. I wanted to know are you supposed to go before during after IUI. Do you really think it helps?? I am willing to try anything. I go for my first IUI most likely next week. Is it too late to try something holistically??

IUI and accupuncture.
I go once a week and 2x during a transfer. Since you're just starting out I would go 1x this week and 1x next week. If anything it will help you relax.

I go for acupuncture 1x per week. This cycle I went 2x per week and it really helped improve the uterine lining which helps with implantation. It's very relaxing too!

IUI and accupuncture.
acupuncture helps blood flow and def helps fertility. if its something you want to do you should start ASAP cause acu is one of those things that builds upon each other so it takes a few months to start seeing real physical results. that being said i (and many others on here) feel instant stress relief from each acupuncture session so it def helps with that immediately. i would try to go at the beginning of your cycle so that by the time you get to IUI you've already had a few session. but anytime that you do go cant hurt, it can only help. good luck.
