Late term insomnia
For the 2nd night in a row, I've woken up at 3:30am, and could not fall back asleep. It's super frustrating because I'm still working, so I can't take naps during the day. And with labor happening virtually any day, I really want to get a good night sleep, but can't. Any one else dealing with insomnia /have any suggestions?

Yes been dealing with insomnia since my 2nd trimester. I have no problem falling asleep but then I wake up in the middle of the night. My Dr said its most likely due to hormones. I've also read its your body's way of preparing you for the baby waking up. Its so annoying. I get up to pee and then I'm up the rest of the night.

I am 32 weeks and have been having the same thing for the past couple of weeks. I have no problem falling asleep but I wake up at around 2:00 or 3:00 and I just can't fall back to sleep. It doesn't help that my back and hips hurt and I am uncomfortable laying down. I am also still working and can't nap  I wish that I had some suggestions for you
