Can someone show me which Magna Doodle your DC has? Is it worth it for an 18mo?

I bought one for my 17 month old because she liked it at my friends house. I got her the travel size so its not huge.
ETA: i think its the doodle pro tag along.

Re: Magna Doodle
I have two boys that LOVE the magna doodle. We now have 4 in the house. We had the regular one for my 3 yr old until my 17 month old got to it then we had to take away the small rectangle and circle it comes with. Got another one for Hanukah for the baby and then a travel one since are going away in Feb. My mil got one for them as well. We keep them all bc they can play all day with it. My 17 month old really does well with it. It's less messy than crayons. Lol Just take out the small pieces it comes with.

Re: Magna Doodle
My DD is 13 months and I bought her this one for Christmas. She obviously hasn't used it yet, but its geared towards toddlers, chunkier writing tool, "stamps" and a padded bottom. Looks very nice.

I originally bought the full size for my twins when they were about 16 months and they fought like crazy over it. So I bought two travel size ones (10 bucks at target or on Amazon) and they like that even better. It is one of their favorite toys. It does say its for kids over age 3... I don't know if that is so they don't stick the wand up their nose, poke an eye out or maybe because of the string so I let them play with it supervised.
I'd say get the travel size one first and graduate to the big one when your LO is bigger.. It is much easier for them to manage that size. It's great for traveling too LOL
