mortgage question for an expert
Any mortgage people able to answer a question with certainty....can you get a conventiional mortgage refi if you have less than 20% equity in the home by paying PMI? Is there ANY way to do this?

The mortgage person I use is Pat Marabella with Continental Home Loans 631-390-6368
He should be able to answer for you
