My Poor Vera Wang Shoes!!!!!
My sexy Black Patent Leather Veras were torn at the heel by escalator steps at the mall. Anyone know where I can find an excellent Designer Shoe repair shop with great turn around time around the Garden City, NY area or within 10 miles from here?

i've used the one in westbury for my CL's - called Post Avenue Bootery - they did a good job
I've also heard good things about the shoe repair place in Mineola, right down by the train station next to Mineola Blvd. Not sure of its official name.
