Baby Medicines

I am doing my stock up shopping since baby is coming so soon. I wanted to have some medicines on hand, but have no clue what to get.

What type of pain relievers (tylneol, or ibuprofen?)
Gas drops??

I could really use some help... Thanks

Personally I would buy the following...

Gripe water or gas drops

Little noses saline spray (non medicated)

Small bottle of acetametaphin (tylenol) NOT ibuprofin, as they can't have that until 6 months anyway.

Other then that there's nothing else you can give them (under normal circumstances) until they're 2 years old.

Re: Baby Medicines

I agree with previous posters except I suggest gripe water AND gas drops. My doctor recommended gas drops in each bottle so I'm sure we will go through a lot of that.

I would not buy anything. A newborn can't really have anything and I would check with a dr before giving them anything. Don't waste theobey yet. There are always 24 hr pharmacies
