I need help...
At 1 month, Jordana slept through the night. I was a very happy, well rested mommy.
When I went back to work- 6 weeks ago, Jordana started waking up at night. I woudl feed her, adn she would go right back to sleep. Sometimes she woudl wake up and need a pacifier and again, go right back to sleep.
About 2 weeks ago, we started doing a dream feed and she started sleeping through the night again. She took a cat nap around 7 and then would go to sleep around 9.
This week, she is on a completely different routine and its making us crazy . From 3-5 am she is up and wants to play. The only way we can get her to quiet down is to put her in our bed. Once she is our bed she goes to sleep immediately and sleeps well. But once we try to move her back to her crib, she starts to scream. She falls asleep there just fine at night.
Last night we tried to put her to bed later- at 11. She then woke up at 1 for a feeding and at 5. I fed her at 5 adn still she wuoldn't go back to sleep. So after about 30 minutes of trying to calm her down, we put her in bed with us.
I don't know what is going on. We only put her in our bed the last 2 nights, so I know its not something she is used to yet.
What should we do?? We need our
ETA: She sleeps in our room. We live in a 1 bedroom.

Re: I need help...
Soooo typical, just when you get a great routine down, they mix it all up and drive mommy and daddy crazy!! This happens SO often with Alex... she has a great routine, but every few weeks, everything gets tossed out the window, and the reasons totally vary - sometimes it's because she's teething, sometimes it's because she's having a growth spurt, sometimes it's because she's sick, and sometimes it's because she just learned a new skill and she's sooooooo excited about it that she can't sleep... I suspect part of your problem is that little Jordana probably misses mommy and so she's waking up to spend QT with you... Alex did that for the first 1-2 months that I went back to work (until I couldn't take it anymore, and almost lost my job so I started CIO)... they say that you should always keep the lights down low and keep your voice down so baby knows it's still nighttime, but if she still refuses to go back to sleep, I say do what works best for you... at 5 months, I decided to use CIO... but, if sleeping in bed with you works, and you and hubby don't mind, I say go with it...
