Can't find the preservative free flu shot anywhere?
I tried
CVS,
Target
Walgreen
Rite aid is next on my list

did you ask them if they could get it if they don't have it??? or maybe they can refer to a different location that has it?

I got it at the Rite Aid on Merrick Road in Massapequa. It was called Afluria. I tried two or three other Rite Aids before going there but they did not have the preservative free shot!

Ok great I will ask if they have it!! Thanks for the name. Unfortunally my OB doesn't carry the shot in the office I would have to go to GP and to get an appointment and wait in the waiting room I rather just go to a walk in place.

On Hempstead Turnpike in Bethpage there is a North Shore LIJ walk in that gives free flu shots and they are preservative free

I live out In Miller Place and work in Melville I went to the target on rt110 today at lunch but they said they aren't getting anymore in. So once I got back to the office I called a few places by my house and they were also out of it and not getting it in.

you need to speak to the pharmacist at that Target...not one of the assistants. They ordered it for me last year. They are very nice usually....I get all my scritps from there and they are very helpful.

Really? Is this on the north or south side of Hempstead Turnpike?
It's on the south side of Hempstead tpke, just west of Rt. 135 across from Zorns.

If you can get an extended lunch you should be able to go to the NSLIJ immediate care place on Hempstead Tpke. Call there first and confirm that they have it though - 516-396-8500

They don't have them right now in Bethpage. But the nurse said to call back on Monday, and they should have the preservative free one sometime next week.
