We got DS a little xylophone from, I think, Hoehner Kids. And he absolutely loves it.

Favorite musical toy for an 18 month old?
DS likes his little piano.
I bought him the parum pum pum drum for Xmas. It has a bunch of other instruments that come inside the drum as well.
