Can you please recommend your 203k contractor?
We are contemplating going this route and need to find a great contractor. Nassau County please.

Can you please recommend your 203k contractor?
We used Summit Remodeling. They are 203 k certified which is why we went with them. They know the process in and out and have relationships with the inspectors which makes everything just a bit easier. They are still finishing up a few small items but their work is awesome.
I def recommend them.

Even if you do not go with them, please choose someone familiar with 203k, I think it's really essential. Do not go with just a regular contractor. Good luck. Fm me for any info or pics.

We used Johnson Contracting (www.jc-ny.com) for our Wells Fargo Purchase & Renovate job (just like a 203k).
