Update on Me!**New Info**
Today is CD 9. I have two follicles growing on my left side. One is 16mm and the other is 10.5 mm. They are boosting my Follistim tonight to 175. ( I was taking 150) I am going back to my RE tomorrow morning for blood and sono. Orginally I had the next appt for Tuesday morning but when the nurse called me she said my estrogen is climbing so they are having me come in tomorrow morning. This cycle I have been taking geritol, lemon water, and peppermint tea. The board my SIL belongs to swears it works..I'm willing to try anything!! All safe take! I hope the second grows by tomorrow. Possible IUI either Tuesday or Wednesday. Hoping for great news tomorrow!!!!

My eggies have grown!!! My left side has 2 eggs. One is 17mm and the other is 14mm. RE has advised me to dial up to 175 tonight and I'm coming back in for a 7am appt tomorrow morning. Looks like IUI could be Wed which means I would trigger tomorrow!

Beware of certain herbal teas and hibiscus tea  It could have the opposite effect you are looking for.

I hadn't heard of Lemon water. I am really into herbs and supplements, so I am going to read up on Lemon water.

Instead of taking Geritol, which is a multi-vitamin, you should really be taking a prenatal vitamin. And your RE should know about all vitamins you're taking.

I have been always taking a prenatal vitamin. My RE knows all that I am taking..they don't see anything wrong with it. Hoping something will give soon.
