That's definitely a leg. Even if it's a boy, there's no way he's THAT big yet!  It's just not the right angle to view the baby's gender.

That's most likely a leg or a umbilical cord like the other girls have said... We got a picture of DS like that and I had to tell DH that we were NOT looking at his " business."
