For those on the fence about BF'ing...
I was always someone who said I would never want to BF- I was honestly kind of weirded out by the concept. As my pregnancy went on I decided I wanted to at least try. I am now 6 months into it and could not imagine doing anything else. I am really glad I decided to go for it for many reasons but I wanted to share one... DH and I were both recently sick with an awful cold that lasted about 2 weeks. I was so worried that DD was going to get sick but she never did. Everything I read said that BF babies a lot of times won't get sick when their mothers are b/c they are getting the antibodies from your milk. That to me is a great thing to know if you are on the fence. Not having to deal with a sick baby when you are sick yourself is an amazing thing! Just wanted to share
