Just wanted to share....
Last time with my first child, I was on antidepressants and really felt like I needed to be on them to be somewhat stable (coming from a traumatic event prior to pregnancy)
This time, I stopped all meds except two small minor allergy ones for seasonal allergies! I'm so happy to NOT be on antidepressants this time...
Just wanted to share, makes me happy to think about it
